Outreach Manager
of the Creative Institute Trenčín

We have a beautiful project, but in order for everyone to know about it, we still have to do a lot. 


There are currently five of us in the marketing team with different jobs and locations. Just a total hybrid. Social, design, strategy, PR, performance, but there are many ways of promotion, some need to be said no to and some need to be pampered and cared for. 


At the beginning, we are open to several forms of cooperation, remote/on-site, TPP/shortened. However, the truth is that the role is already full-time in the medium term and in Trenčín.  


What awaits you here:  


  • Team management - the basic processes are in place, people are smart and experienced, they need to be given support and just remove obstacles from their path 

  • Planning and coordinating activities - you will be part of the management team, participate in annual and quarterly planning as well as in the direction of the organization 

  • Strategy development - the basic marketing strategy is written, but not set in stone, you have to work with it. There are also big things on the table, such as visual identity or creative concept, which we want to do with the best agencies from Slovakia. 

  • Identifying new opportunities to promote the project: campaign with reporting on trains? Public radio stations? 

  • It's not enough to invent, you have to find how to start it, keep it running and finish it 

  • Relations with the cultural officers of the cities of the TN region, the newsletter, the EHMK newspaper, we already have that on the table from the bid book, we need to grasp it 

  • We need solutions and systems that allow us to scale without proportionally increasing work 

  • The goal is to reach as many people as possible from our target groups: residents of TN+surroundings, tourists from Slovakia, people from the creative industry in the EU 


What we expect from you:  

  • You are a marketing all-rounder: you write, you think, you assign, you finish.  

  • You have experience managing a small team and a large budget 

  • You have already managed a campaign from brief to evaluation 

  • You can organize your work as well as others, if everything suddenly has the same priority. 

  • When you do something, you do it properly.  

  • You prefer to look for how things work out rather than not.  

  • English will not be your working language, but you will not refuse consultation with other EHMK cities in English

  • Salary from €2000 gross monthlyfull time
