Outreach Manager
of the Creative Institute Trenčín

We are looking for a reliable and kind person for the human resources department to join our team. If you want to get involved in this unique project and be right there when the European Capital of Culture is being prepared, this is the perfect opportunity. To be directly at the preparation of the European Capital of Culture is a unique and historic opportunity. Trenčín is only the second city in Slovakia to hold this title. In the coming years, we will learn a lot, travel and get to know other European capitals of culture and gather inspiration for Trenčín 2026.



What will be your main tasks? 

  • preparation of labor-legal documents (in cooperation with lawyers)

  • preparation of documents for wagesand communication with an external payroll company

  • employee support, communication with employees on a daily basis

  • ensuring compliance with established procedures and guidelines

  • active search for candidates and implementation of selection procedures (work with the Profesie mark portal)

  • onboarding of new team members

  • creation and updating of the organization's knowledge database (manuals, directives, protocols...)

  • solving organizational and team issues

  • ensuring the development and education of the team, teambuildings

  • monitoring and evaluation of the performance of departments and their employees

  • creation of proposals for improvement for different levels of the organization 


The ideal candidate has: 

  • 3 years of proven experience in a human resources position (HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Specialist)

  • knowledge of the labor law agenda

  • experience in organizing and conducting interviews

  • excellent communication skills in Slovak and English

  • attention to detail

  • proactive approach to all tasks

  • high degree of independence

  • monitors and adheres to deadlines

  • good time management and organizational skills

  • ability to organize work and perform tasks under time pressure

  • very good interpersonal and communication skills
