Lucia Dubačová
Director
Lucka came to the team like a breath of fresh air three months before the project was handed over and she managed to make the best out of it. As a project manager, he is in charge of leading the team, planning the next direction as well as cooperating with partners and building the vision of the project. In her regular life, Lucka works as the founder of the digital art and culture festival Sensorium and at Inolab of the Slovak Design Center.
Veronika Žák Sučanská
Manager of participation and inclusion
Veronika mostly devoted herself to the Outreach part of the project and thought about how to involve all groups of residents in the process of preparation, but also in the implementation of the project. Professionally, as an employee of the city, Veronika works with youth. In addition, it is a part of the GLOBSEC Bratislava forum every year.
Peter Kohout
Coordinator of infrastructure projects
Peter, as the architect of the city of Trenčín, was largely involved in the project as the main planning strategist for the Capacity to Deliver part. He is an excellent saxophonist and works in several important Slovak bands.
Natália Husárová
Marketing coordinator
Natália manages social networks, manages the website and participates in the creation of marketing communications for the Trenčín 2026 project. She fell in love with marketing in a creative agency and coworking in the Fleck community.
Lenka Kuricová
Art director
Lenka worked primarily on the Cultural and Artistic Content chapter in the Cultivating Curiosity Bid Book. She consulted the program, content, numerous projects and the whole concept with many experts, among whom was her professor from VŠVU in the department of Intermedia Multimedia Ilona Németh. In everyday life, Lenka works as a creative entrepreneur and co-founder of the Slovak design brand Pucle.
Terina Slezák Barčáková
Manager of international relations
Thanks to Terina, we managed to establish many cooperations with EHMK cities and international partners. Her task was to devise various connections within the program and other parts of the project. She graduated from VŠMU, currently works in marketing, copywriting, is the founder of the Trenčín Space festival and a member of the Hlava 5 association.
Zuzana Kvasnicová
Production manager
Zuzka graduated from the University of Economics
in Bratislava and as part of the Trenčín 2026 team, she works as the project's main producer. She likes working with people and never uses the words "I don't know" and "I can't" :) Her life is enriched by her son Anthony, and when she's not working, she prefers to wander around the world.
As part of the project, she was in charge of a large production project by Kateřina Šedé SOBOTA
ON SUNDAYS. Currently, with his production experience, he is an irreplaceable member of the team.
Veronika Juricová
Program coordinator
Veronika adores books, so she studies editing and publishing practice at UKF in Nitra. She is the chief editor in the all-Slovak student magazine HMOTA. In our team, she is an intern in the program department, where she helps facilitate the work of her project colleagues - she handles communication and organization of meetings, mediates the necessary materials and handles all the tasks that occur during the day. In addition, she is always happy to help anyone who needs it.

Alexander Topilin
Program coordinator
In addition to his doctoral studies in Architecture at STU, Alexander works as a program assistant in the project, but also creates interesting visual collages. Alexander is a co-founder of the Hlava 5 association from Trenčín, he works as a co-organizer of the city's space festival.
Kristina Milová
Executive assistant
Kika is one of the most important articles of the entire project. He is in charge of communication with various focus groups within the city, takes care of paying invoices or solving intractable assignments.
Mirka Gučiková
PR manager
Mirka has been part of the team since September 2021. She is in charge of communicating what we do and what is happening at us. He writes news for our website and texts for promotional materials, collaborates on marketing campaigns, is in charge of news for the media and contact with them. From time to time, as a consultant, she helps people give soul to their presentations. Her heart is the village library in Podolí, which she has been managing and revitalizing for years.
Martin Pišný
Senior graphic designer
Thanks to Martin, the entire visual identity of Cultivating Curiosity was created, which is carried not only in the printed Bid Book but also in all visual communication. Martin is professionally engaged in graphic design, especially font design. For example, he is behind his own font typography for Dyslexics.
